ComfiSkin vs CureSkin
CureSkin offers a free AI skin assessment from your photos, then sells treatment kits starting at Rs 1,600. ComfiSkin never needs your face, sells nothing, and helps you understand the products you already have.
The short answer
CureSkin’s free photo assessment is the front door to paid treatment kits. Its privacy policy says it collects and stores facial data and photos, kept for at least 24 months, yet its App Store privacy label lists no photos or health data at all. On Google Play it says your email and phone number are shared for marketing. And once ordered, kits can only be cancelled within 24 hours.
What that means: your face photos stay with a company that sells you treatments, for years, and its App Store label doesn’t tell you so. If you need treatment, a dermatologist can help. For understanding your products, ComfiSkin needs no photos and sells nothing.

| Sells you products | Never | Treatment kits from Rs 1,6002 |

| Changing your mind | Nothing to cancel | Orders cancellable within 24 hours only4 |
| Access to dermatologists | No | Yes |
A free assessment that leads to a kit
CureSkin’s assessment is free. Its treatment kits are not: they start at Rs 1,600.2 The free part exists to bring you to the paid part, and the plan it builds is built around what it sells. Once you order, you can cancel only within 24 hours, and full refunds are limited to wrong, missing, damaged or expired items reported within 7 days.4
That’s a reasonable business for a treatment service. It isn’t neutral advice. ComfiSkin doesn’t sell kits or anything else, so it can look at what you already own and tell you what each product does for your skin.
What that means for you: the assessment is free because the kit isn’t. ComfiSkin is free because there’s nothing to sell.
Two years of your face, and a label that leaves it out
CureSkin’s privacy policy says: “We collect and store facial data and photos of users”, and that facial data is “stored for a minimum of 24 months”.1 Its App Store privacy label lists only identifiers and usage data, both used to track you, with no entry for photos or health data.5 Its Google Play listing does declare photos and health info, and says email and phone numbers are shared for marketing.3
If you rely on the App Store label to decide what an app collects, CureSkin’s tells an incomplete story about the most sensitive thing it holds. ComfiSkin never asks for your face, and keeps your skin notes on your phone.
What that means for you: photos of your face can sit with CureSkin for two years or more, and the App Store label won’t warn you.
