What is the full ingredient list?

Check the full product name before comparing bottles, because H2O has acquired more relatives than a family reunion needs.2
What does the formula do?
Sensibio H2O is a cleansing and makeup removing micellar water. Micelles are tiny cleansing droplets that capture impurities while helping preserve the skin's natural protective film. The original formula contains highly purified water and has a pH of about 5.5. Bioderma formulates the product for sensitive skin and all skin types, with use intended for adults and teenagers.1
Does Bioderma Sensibio H2O contain fragrance?
No. Original Sensibio H2O is unfragranced, and its complete Canadian ingredient list contains no parfum or fragrance entry. Cucumber fruit extract is listed separately as an ingredient. The Canadian French packaging description also identifies the original product as "sans parfum", meaning without fragrance.24
How do you use original Sensibio H2O?
Use original Sensibio H2O in the morning, evening or both, every day:
- 1Soak a cotton pad with Sensibio H2O. Bioderma's UK directions specify a reusable cotton pad.
- 2Gently cleanse or remove makeup from the face and eyes. The intended application areas include the eyelids.
- 3Leave the formula on. Bioderma does not require rinsing.
What should you expect?
Cleansing and makeup removal happen during use. In a makeup removal evaluation involving 10 people, original Sensibio H2O removed 99% of makeup. For longer term comfort, 90% of participants reported less discomfort after 28 days in an observational study involving 400 people. The UK product description identifies the finish as neither greasy nor sticky.1
Are H2O AR and H2O Eye the same formula?
Sensibio H2O Eye and Sensibio H2O AR are separate products, because apparently H2O needed a supporting cast. Match the ingredient list to the full name and country on your bottle rather than treating every Sensibio cleanser as interchangeable.56

Choose the original for its stated face and eye cleansing use. If you choose H2O Eye for waterproof eye or lip makeup, shake the bottle well to combine its two phases, apply it to a cotton pad, hold the pad against the area for a few seconds and gently wipe. Repeat until the makeup is removed; no rinsing is required.6
