Which COSRX snail product do you have?

Check the full product name on your bottle or jar before choosing its place in your routine. COSRX sells a snail cleanser, essence, eye cream and face cream, so the word "snail" does not do much of the sorting. The cleanser belongs at the washing stage, before toner. How to apply the Snail 96 essence

Do you need toner first?

You can use the essence without toner: COSRX's snail kit applies the essence directly after cleansing. If toner is already part of your routine, keep it before the essence. Modern toners often add hydration or deliver ingredients aimed at specific concerns, rather than acting as your main cleanser. Micellar water is a cleanser, not a toner, so it belongs at the cleansing stage instead.25

Choose the steps you actually need instead of adding an exfoliant, mask and extra serum just to fill every slot. Introducing several new products together also makes it harder to identify which one helps and which one causes a reaction.1

What if you use a prescription or skin treatment?

Do not automatically move a medicine behind toner and essence to match a cosmetic routine.
